I haven’t updated my blog for almost two months and now I have ample time to share all the good and bad things that are happening to me, to my family and of course to my son Kobe. Well most of them are blessings from the Lord Almighty and I am so grateful for everything that he has given and will give to me.
Things to know about me:
1. I made a bold decision to transfer to a new company, which is SGS. You’ll probably know why I made the move – better compensation, more benefits, huge company, etc.
2. I’ll be working as a Paid Search Specialist for SGS. Remember that I started as a Web Copywriter and acquired the basic skills of SEO. This will be a daunting task for me since I handled PPC campaigns way back in 2006 and started my own campaign with a limited budget for own blog. I’ll embrace this as a new challenge and I am confident that I can perform well and do the job.
3. I will surely miss my DirectWithHotels family – Copywriters and SEO Team. The early bird boys; Toto, Bay, Ruth, Manny and Manly the Great. . Also, I would like to thank Ms. Jade for all the support she gave. You are one of the coolest Leads/Managers I’ve ever worked with. Thanks Ma’am.
Things to know about my family:
1. Darling and I are preparing for something extravagant next year. Secret!
2. Bad news here Kobe’s Yaya has gone fishing, fortunately Darling’s mom is the new Yaya until we find a new one.
3. We’re having hard time thinking if we’ll continue to pay Kobe’s educational plan at Loyola Company due to the global economic crisis. I don’t want to experience the same fate with CAP plan holders. You probably know the drill here. Our due date will be two weeks from now. Any suggestions?
Things to know about Kobe:
1. He will be 8 months now this 24th. Whew, time really flies and we’re excited to celebrate our first Christmas with him.
2. He now has two small teeth developing on his lower gum.
3. He’s eating solid foods – one for breakfast and one for lunch usually fruits and vegetables. Add to that he’s starting to walk; we actually bought a walker and we’re also planning to buy “Andador” from Quiapo. This one is the old school type of rattan baby walker.
4. His vaccines are now cheaper. Oh yes! This was really great news from his Pediatrician that the next vaccine will just cost around 1K. Well, for the past seven months his vaccines ranged from around P2500 – P6000 per shot. Ok, so do the math.
